Colombia’s CV segment sees sales tumble more than 30% in 1H/2024

Colombia - The Colombian heavy commercial vehicle market experienced a sharp decline in the first half of 2024, with sales falling by 30.7% to 5,042 units compared with 7,277 units in the same period in 2023. Data from ANDEMOS (National Association for Sustainable Mobility) based in Bogotá revealed that 4,289 trucks and 753 buses were registered in the first half of 2024, marking respective decreases of 28.3% from 5,982 units and 41.9% from 1,295 units in the same period of last year.
