Traton appoints Niklas Klingenberg to executive board

Niklas Klingenberg, member of the executive board of Traton

Germany – Traton SE – the parent company of MAN, Scania, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus headquartered in Munich, Bavaria – has announced the appointment of Niklas Klingenberg to the group executive board, with a focus on research and development.

Klingenberg is a member of Traton’s extended management team (the “Truck Board”) and holds the position of Head of Group R&D. Previously Chief Technology Officer and Head of R&D at Scania, he handed over the former role to Sara Forsberg earlier this year to focus on R&D at the group level.
