ZF promotes Dr Rolf Breidenbach to chairman of the supervisory board

Dr Rolf Breidenbach, chairman of the supervisory board of ZF
Germany – Vehicle systems supplier ZF Friedrichshafen AG of Friedrichshafen, Baden-Württemberg, has promoted Dr Rolf Breidenbach to the role of chairman of the supervisory board, replacing Dr Heinrich Hiesinger, who will leave the company.
At the company’s annual general meeting on 19 March, Breidenbach, a member of the supervisory board since 2023, was appointed to the chairmanship. Beginning his career in mechanical engineering, Breidenbach moved to management consultancy McKinsey before assuming the role of CEO at automotive lighting and electronics firm, Hella.
