ACEA appoints Scania executive to head of buses and coaches

Belgium – The European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) has announced the appointment of Anna Carmo e Silva to the role of chair of its bus and coach division for 2022. Carmo e Silva currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Buses and Coaches at Scania AB.
ACEA brings together Europe’s five main bus and coach manufacturers: Daimler Truck, Iveco Group, MAN, Scania and Volvo Group. Ms Carmo e Silva succeeds Rudi Kuchta, Head of Bus Business Unit at MAN Truck & Bus, as Chairperson of ACEA’s Bus and Coach General Managers’ Committee.
