ZF makes multiple appointments including CEO and head of CVS division

Germany – ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a component and mobility systems manufacturer based in Friedrichshafen, Baden-Württemberg, has appointed Dr Holger Klein as Chairman and CEO of the company, effective from the end of 2022.
Klein currently serves as Member of the Board of Management responsible for the Asia-Pacific region, Car Chassis Technology Division, Aftermarket and Production. He originally joined ZF in 2014 and has been involved primarily in the passenger car side of the business. He led in establishing new development centres and production facilities, particularly in China. Klein replaces incumbent CEO Wolf-Henning Scheider, who announced his retirement at the end of the year during the release of the group’s financial results for the year 2021.
