Krone gears up for Solutrans 2023

France / Germany – This month, trailer manufacturer, Krone Commercial Vehicles SE (a subsidiary of Bernard Krone Holding GmbH & Co KG) of Werlte, is set to launch its new eTrailer at Solutrans, from 21 to 25 November 2023 at the Lyon Eurexpo in France. Developed In collaboration with fellow German company, Trailer Dynamics GmbH of Aachen, Krone will present its new eTrailer, equipped with an electrified eAxle that recovers braking energy through recuperation, reducing the consumption of diesel and therefore the amount of CO2 produced. According to Krone, in combination with a battery-electric tractor unit, the range of the entire system is doubled. Designed with flexibility in mind, the eTrailer can be combined with any conventional truck.
