Daimler Truck extends contract of Karl Deppen

Germany – The Supervisory Board of Daimler Truck AG (based in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Baden-Württemberg), has extended the contract of Karl Deppen (member of the Board of Management) for a further five years, until November 30, 2029. Karl Deppen has been a member of the Board of Management since 2021 and is responsible for Daimler Truck Asia, including the Chinese, Japanese and Indian markets where Daimler is primarily represented by its Mitsubishi Fuso, BharatBenz and the RIZON truck brands.
Furthermore, the Supervisory Board of Daimler Truck has decided to reduce the size of the Board of Management. The "Daimler Truck Financial Services" Board of Management division will be integrated into the Chairman of the Board of Management's department from July 1, 2024.
