Krone to invest in Schwarzmüller as part of “strategic partnership” agreement

Austria / Germany – Wilhelm Schwarzmüller GmbH (“Schwarzmüller”), a trailer manufacturer based in Freinberg, Upper Austria, has announced that its competitor, Krone Commercial Vehicles (of Spelle, Lower Saxony, Germany), has become a “strategic partner”, following an announced investment in Schwarzmüller by the Krone Group.
