The new supervisory board of Schwarzmüller

Austria / Germany – After gaining regulatory approval for a “strategic” investment by the Krone Group, Wilhelm Schwarzmüller GmbH (“Schwarzmüller”), a trailer manufacturer based in Freinberg, Upper Austria, has reorganised its supervisory board and appointed a new executive role focused on aligning Schwarzmüller’s trailer business with that of Krone Commercial Vehicles.

The supervisory board of Schwarzmüller will be chaired by Dr Stefan Binnewies, a member of the management board of Krone. The Paletar family, who continue to hold a stake in the Austrian manufacturer, is represented by Beate Paletar and Anna Lucia Paletar. Dr David Frink, Martin Lehner, and Ole Klose will also sit on the board. Karl Neulinger and Raphael Weigerstorfer will represent Schwarzmüller’s workforce.
