Prawaas 4.0 is an event organized by the Bus and Car Operators Confederation of India (BOCI), held on August 29-31, 2024 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). Pinnacle Mobility, which sells vehicles under the brand name, EKA Mobility, is an electric bus as well as a light and medium-duty electric truck builder.

EKA Mobility is the brand name of electric vehicle builder, Pinnacle Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd, which has a technology collaboration with VDL.

According to EKA, the decision was made due to the extended product life this will add to the vehicle making it more sustainable and valuable to operators.

EKA reported that his immediate task is optimising the company’s manufacturing facilities by installing automation machinery and industry 4.0 technology to boost production capacities and efficiencies.

EVR will design as well as develop electric motors based on proprietary Trapezoidal Stator-Radial Flux Permanent Magnet (TS – RFPM) topology for EKA that are smaller, lighter and lower-cost motors, which can be tailored to user requirements.

goEgoNetwork will provide electric charging stations for EKA’s nine-meter buses at 30kW, 60kW and 120kW for institutional customers throughout the country.
