Quantum Fuel Systems’ tanks are made from “Type 4” composite materials with a polymer lining, storing hydrogen at a pressure of 70 MPa, or 700 bar.

Quantum Fuel Systems will supply Q-Rail CNG fuel storage systems to work with IFS's retrofit Multi Fuel Technology Platform which allows diesel engines to use a mix of diesel and alternative fuels.

The 40-foot virtual pipeline trailers, designed for transporting liquefied hydrogen, will be delivered beginning in December 2021.
