BYD ADL partnership delivers 1,500th electric bus

UK / China - BYD UK Co Ltd of Iver, UK (a subsidiary of BYD Co Ltd of Shenzhen, China) and Alexander Dennis Ltd (ADL) of Larbert, UK, which entered a working partnership agreement in October 2015 for electric buses, are celebrating the partnership's handover of 1,500 electric bus. The 1,500^th electric bus was a BYD–Alexander Dennis Enviro200EV, one of 299 joining Go-Ahead London. The zero-emission double deck joined the fleet at a private event to celebrate its handover. The companies delivered the 1000^th electric bus in June last year and the 500^th in June 2021.
