Bus and coach builder, Alexander Dennis Ltd (a subsidiary of the NFI Group Inc) says circumstances have forced it to restructure its activities, predominantly because of the significant decline in UK demand for its products.

From September 30, Colin Robertson (CBE), currently chief executive of Alexander Dennis Ltd, a subsidiary of Canada’s NFI Group Inc moves to NFI’s Board of Directors to serve in the role as Vice Chair.
