Daikin Europe has unveiled its first range of Daikin branded refrigerated cooling units at the Solutrans show in Lyon, France.

Chereau Trailers of Ducey, France, has announced a new electric reefer featuring solar panels, a regenerative axle, and a battery pack to power the cooling unit. The new reefer is yet to be given a name and will be available for early-adopter testing after it is shown at Lyon’s Solutrans show in November 2021.

The Benalu Group at Solutrans 2019 in Lyon held last November announced a group turnover of EUR170m and that it now employs more than 1,000 people in France and Poland.
