The e-Sys is an electric energy recovery and auxiliary traction system developed exclusively by Randoncorp subsidiaries. The Mexican market, according to Suspensys, on average is 25,000 new semi-trailers per year, and is the second largest in Latin America, behind Brazil.

The first product to come out the new production area is the e-Sys electric drive system for trailers.

Suspensys's Mexican subsidiary Suspensys Sistemas Automotivos Ltda has moved its Mexican operations to Querétaro, while Castertech opens first warehouse abroad in the same city.

e-Sys is the name of a traction e-axle for semi-trailer undergoing trials in Brazil through project partners, Randon, Suspensys and BRF.

In celebrating 25 years of operations, Brazilian axle manufacturer, Suspensys, announced major investments in axle production expansion and e-traction axle for trailers.

The axle and suspension systems supplier has announced it is to invest  BRA20 million (USD4m) in a new automated production line in Caxais do Sul, to increase production capacity of axle beams to 300,000 a year.
