Tyre manufacturer, Bridgestone Corporation of Tokyo, Japan has announced all of its European tyre plants, European R&D Centre and Proving Ground in Rome, Italy, its PCT plant in Lanklaar, Belgium, textile plant in Usansolo, Spain and its EMIA headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, are now powered by electricity from 100% renewable sources.

Bridgestone Europe NV, (a tyre making and distribution subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation), and Iris Capital, a European venture capital firm, have entered a corporate partnership to investigate and invest in new mobility services, industry 4.0 and digital transformation technologies across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa region.
