The German trailer manufacturer established two new subsidiaries in Georgia and Kazakhstan, with the aim of strengthening its presence in West and Central Asian markets.

A new company manufacturing trailers has been established in Brazil called Estrada Implementos Rodoviários Ltda. The new company is based in Caxias do Sul, Brazil’s principal trailer-producing hub, and has been set up by Marcos Guerra, former director of Guerra S.A., which was founded by his father and whose share control was sold in 2008 to French investment fund, Axxon Group.
