Dedo has over four decades of experience in the transportation and electrified propulsion industries, co-founding Aware Mobility LLC and working in senior management positions for Dana Holding Corp, Motorola and Bosch Corporation. Currently, she sits on the boards of Li-Cycle Holdings Corp, Workhorse Group Inc, Carbon Revolution and the Cadillac Products Automotive Company.

Olof Persson is to replace Gerrit Marx as CEO of the Iveco Group starting from July 2024, as Marx moves to take up the appointment of CEO of CNH Industrial N.V.

The company has appointed Amy Kulikowski as its new Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, reporting directly to the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Craig Aaron.

He will succeed Ralph Acs, who took retirement on 1 April.

He takes over from Chief Operating Officer Thomas Biringer, who led Schwarzmüller on an interim basis after the resignation of former CEO Roland Hartwig in 2023.

Morrison is best known for his work at WABCO Vehicle Control Systems – now part of ZF’s commercial vehicle division – and particularly for his involvement in launching its ‘OnGuard’ collision mitigation system.

Amanda Figg is now AAG’s new Chief Technology Officer. Figg is tasked with leveraging data and new technologies to unlock new business opportunities as well as better support AAG’s existing customers.

Reto Leutenegger is promoted to the role of Chief Sales Officer and Jörg Zwilling is appointed as Chief Marketing Officer.

Steven Miller replaces Brett Icahn as Icahn Capital Board Designee. Miller is a portfolio manager at Icahn Capital L.P. a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P. The board will continue to be composed of 10 directors, nine of whom are independent.

Okray joins the company from Eaton, where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO.

Certification requires the necessary aftermarket services including maintenance and repairs, expert consulting services and replacement parts distribution. Furthermore, the centres require charging infrastructure with dedicated BEV serving bays as well as staff upskilling to meet the requirements of BEV fleet maintenance. This enhances DTNA’s aftermarket services across North America. 

MAN opened its first battery repair centre in 2020, located between Hanover and Laatzen in the German state of Lower Saxony.
