Jon Lind has been appointed as the new CEO of the company, effective September 1, 2023. Lind brings over 25 years of experience in executive management. Most recently he was the CEO of CTEK, a Swedish EV charging equipment manufacturer.

Werth joins ADL from Wrightbus where he was the Chief Commercial Officer and brings with him many years of sales, business development and commercial operations experience in the bus and coach sector.

Over the past decade, Svanberg has overseen the development of battery electric vehicles, covering every segment under the group’s various truck and bus brands.

Tony Guglielmin, Chairman of the Audit Committee, will act as interim CEO until a permanent replacement is found.

Ebusco’s Management Board now consists of Peter Bijvelds (CEO), Jurjen Jongma (CFO) and Bob Fleuren (COO). 

In his role as Chair of the Audit Committee, Foulston will be expected to secure the financial stability of the company whilst ensuring that it remains on track for the series production of its new 200kW fuel cell system in 2024.

Kempower is currently establishing an electric vehicle (EV) charging station production facility in Durham, North Carolina, the United States. Joyce will oversee this project as well as the strategy to grow the company throughout North America.

The official handover will take place on September 1, 2023. Bosmans has been at DAF for 19 years and has held positions in operations, quality control and sales, including the key position of Director of Operations for PACCAR Financial Europe.

Lohscheller will be replaced by Board Chairman Stephen Girsky, a former General Motors executive. Girsky will remain on the Board of Directors and Steve Shindler, a Director since October 2020, will serve as Chairman of the Board. 

The company will undergo a series of actions and emerge as a privately owned company, delisting from the public stock exchange in order to have a firmer financial base. Stefan Pierer, an Austrian investor and CEO of Pierer Mobility (a motorcycle manufacturer) will become Leoni’s sole shareholder.

Volker Ritzert has become the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BMZ Germany, effective August 1, 2023. Ritzert replaces outgoing CEO, Sven Bauer, who becomes Group CEO.

Dr Tono Nasch is appointed to Krone’s Supervisory Board bringing experience and skills in automated testing technology and electromobility to the company as Krone looks to meet the challenges of electrification, automation and digitalisation.
