Jörg Steins is now Eberspaecher's Co-CEO of the Divisions Climate Control Systems and Automotive Controls. Steins will assume joint responsibility with fellow Co-CEO, Pepijn Dinandt.

Founder Mujeeb Ijaz steps down from his role as CEO to serve instead as Vice-Chairman of the board and Chief Technology Officer.
