Swedish technology firm Einride AB, based in Stockholm, has announced the signing of an operational agreement with A.P. Moller-Maersk, to provide its Freight Mobility platform to the Danish shipping giant.

BYD has recieved an order for 200 Class 8 battery electric trucks from Swedish technology firm Einride. The order represents the largest of its kind for BYD outside of Asia, with all 200 vehicles set to be deployed in Einride's US operations. The BYD 8TT trucks are assembled at the firm's plant in Lancaster, California.

Autonomous freight technology company Einride AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden, has announced the appointment of Robert Ziegler to the role of General Manager, Europe. Einride stated that Ziegler will drive the firm’s expansion across key European markets.

Daimler Truck has received its first major order for the eActros truck, totalling 120 units from Swedish technology firm Einride.

Bridgestone will serve as official U.S. launch partner for Einride's electric and autonomous vehicles, which will be deployed in the tyre manufacturer's fleet.

Bearing specialist, SKF Group of Gothenburg to reduce its use of fossil fuels, is to test a self-driving electric truck together with Stockholm-based technology company, Einride AB, on a public road between the factory and the warehouse in Gothenburg. Einride which builds complete vehicles was the first company in the world to operate an electric self-driving truck on public roads for commercial purposes in 2018.
