Steven Miller replaces Brett Icahn as Icahn Capital Board Designee. Miller is a portfolio manager at Icahn Capital L.P. a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P. The board will continue to be composed of 10 directors, nine of whom are independent.

The two engineering teams have already started working together on ChargePoint’s new generation EV chargers, building on a previous manufacturing agreement. Sales of LCV goods carrier (truck) vehicles gvw ≤ 7.5t domestic stagnated in Q3 of FY 2023-24 with sales rising by just 0.6% compared with the same period of FY 2022-23.

Sales of LCV goods carrier (trucks) vehicles, gvw ≤ 7.5t, fell marginally during the first nine months (April to December) of fiscal year (FY) 2023-24 by 2.9% just under 400,000 units.

In the heavy vehicle segment, the company sold 145,506 battery units in 2023 compared with 87,844 the previous year, a change of +65.6%. Conversely, in the light vehicle segment, 2023 sales rose to 25,831, a +11.5% increase from 2022 figures (23,175). Analysing total sales, 2023 saw a 54.3% growth, to 171,338, from 2022 sales figures of 111,019.

Pinnacle Mobility, which sells vehicles under the brand name, EKA Mobility, is an electric bus as well as a light and medium-duty electric truck builder.
