The EU Battery Passport and Its Implications for the Commercial Vehicle Sector

Starting from 18 February 2027, batteries sold within the European Union, beginning with those used in electric trucks, buses, industrial machinery, and light commercial vehicles, will be required to carry a digital passport that provides comprehensive information on their lifecycle and sustainability credentials.
