Dedo has over four decades of experience in the transportation and electrified propulsion industries, co-founding Aware Mobility LLC and working in senior management positions for Dana Holding Corp, Motorola and Bosch Corporation. Currently, she sits on the boards of Li-Cycle Holdings Corp, Workhorse Group Inc, Carbon Revolution and the Cadillac Products Automotive Company.

Olof Persson is to replace Gerrit Marx as CEO of the Iveco Group starting from July 2024, as Marx moves to take up the appointment of CEO of CNH Industrial N.V.

Steven Miller replaces Brett Icahn as Icahn Capital Board Designee. Miller is a portfolio manager at Icahn Capital L.P. a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P. The board will continue to be composed of 10 directors, nine of whom are independent.

Okray joins the company from Eaton, where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO.

In an attempt to generate operational capital, the Board approved plans for an accelerated book-build offering of newly issued ordinary shares at an extraordinary general meeting on 29 January 2024.
