Thom brings over a decade of experience as Managing Director of Clarus Films GmbH, one of Europe's leading suppliers of unprinted packaging and technical films. Prior to that, he amassed more than 16 years in the packaging industry, focusing on innovative and resource-efficient product development.

Volker Perk’s appointment is part of Krone’s continued effort to “future-proof its European production plants” by increasing automation and innovation.
