With five years at the company, Fernando Valiate succeeds Marcelo Montanha, who has moved to the position of Director of Scania dealerships at Scania Ibérica in Spain.

Harold Vorsteveld, the current Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will take over from the current CEO and owner, Pieter-Bas Broshuis on January 1, 2025.

Schmitt will oversee the company sales, commercial operations, dealerships, service, and marketing.
