December 2022 saw Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus Ltda (VWCO) of Resende, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil begin testing its largest electric truck model to date, the e-Delivery 17.

This follows a new partnership agreement with VW Argentina, VWCO's dealer principle in Argentina for the last 25 years.

The vehicle is the E-Delivery 11, which offers 11.4-ton gvw capacity and comes with a 300 kW electric motor and three LFP battery modules totalling 105kWh storage capacity and is capable of providing autonomy of up to 110km.
