Jacobs Vehicle Systems, based in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and Tula Technology Inc of San Jose, California, have announced a cooperation agreement aimed at accelerating the development of Jacobs’ CDA cylinder deactivation technology in conjunction with Tula’s diesel Dynamic Skip Fire (dDSF) control algorithms.

The new facility at Millbrook Proving Ground provides expanded testing of the thermal stability and emissions of commercial vehicles.
