Kempower is currently establishing an electric vehicle (EV) charging station production facility in Durham, North Carolina, the United States. Joyce will oversee this project as well as the strategy to grow the company throughout North America.

The official handover will take place on September 1, 2023. Bosmans has been at DAF for 19 years and has held positions in operations, quality control and sales, including the key position of Director of Operations for PACCAR Financial Europe.

Lohscheller will be replaced by Board Chairman Stephen Girsky, a former General Motors executive. Girsky will remain on the Board of Directors and Steve Shindler, a Director since October 2020, will serve as Chairman of the Board. 

The company will undergo a series of actions and emerge as a privately owned company, delisting from the public stock exchange in order to have a firmer financial base. Stefan Pierer, an Austrian investor and CEO of Pierer Mobility (a motorcycle manufacturer) will become Leoni’s sole shareholder.

Volker Ritzert has become the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BMZ Germany, effective August 1, 2023. Ritzert replaces outgoing CEO, Sven Bauer, who becomes Group CEO.

Dr Tono Nasch is appointed to Krone’s Supervisory Board bringing experience and skills in automated testing technology and electromobility to the company as Krone looks to meet the challenges of electrification, automation and digitalisation.

Klaus Rinnerberger is the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Leoni, effective immediately, succeeding outgoing CEO Aldo Kamper who left the company in May 2023.

She will replace Tom Linebarger, who will leave his role as Executive Chairman and Chair of the Board.

Björn Krook was previously Ebusco’s Investor Relations & Sustainability Manager and has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Backman will replace the incumbent CFO, Jan Ytterberg, in the second half of this year.

Mark Blaufuss and Dan Thau, two finance executives join the Board of Directors effective immediately.

Nielsen replaces Jack Allen, who has retired from the company.
