Kel Kearns - veteran of Ford Motor Company - has been appointed as CEO of the joint venture.

Karl Deppen has been a member of the Board of Management since 2021 and is responsible for Daimler Truck Asia, including the Chinese,  Japanese and Indian markets where Daimler is primarily represented by its Mitsubishi Fuso, BharatBenz and the RIZON truck brands. 

Van den Oetelaar will be replacing Patrick Dean, who will leave to the U.S. to take up the position of Director of Paccar Electronics.

In order to execute its long term strategy, the business has relocated its head office to Birmingham, MI.

Andersson as its new president (managing director), replacing Thomas Hemmerich, who had been in the job since 2021.

The company appointed Ryan Waldron as the President of the company's Americas business unit replacing Steven R. McClellan who retired on April 1, 2024. Waldron reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and President Mark Stewart.

Gambrell replaces Lance Walters, who, after four years in charge of Brazilian operations, is to return to the United States as Assistant General Manager — Sales and Marketing of PACCAR Parts. Gambrell is one of the first women to assume the position of President in the Brazilian automobile sector.

He was promoted to the newly created role of President and will work alongside founder and CEO William Trainer to expand distribution across North America and oversee production in the United States.

HVS has appointed Dr Utz Claassen as the new Chairman of the Board. Claassen is tasked with overseeing the growth strategy and bringing the HVS Hydrogen Fuel Cell HGVs to market next year.

On 1 July, Pierre Breber and Brice Hill will take up their seats, and on 1 September, Luiz Pretti will take over from Franklin L Feder, who is retiring from the board.

An engineer by training and with MBAs in the areas of Marketing and Business, Susini has extensive experience in the international automotive industry, where he held the position of president of Yamaha in Brazil.

Forsberg has worked at Scania since 2001 and has held several roles in the company’s research & development department, including Head of Truck Chassis Development.
