Cummins Inc has announced Columbus is to become the manufacturing centre and corporate hub for its Cummins Electrified Power Business.

Cummins Inc is to supply its X12 engine as an option in Daimler Trucks North America Inc-owned Western Star's 4700 model trucks and tractors.

Cummins Inc is to supply electric drivetrains to specialist vehicle maker, Kalmar, a division of Cargotec AB.
