The Supervisory Board has unanimously appointed Bernd Eulitz (53) to be the new CEO of Knorr-Bremse AG.

Knorr-Bremse GmbH, global braking systems provider and supplier of other subsystems for rail and commercial vehicles has signed an agreement to sell its Powertech business unit to Munich-based Radial Capital Partners. 

Munich-based braking system manufacturer, Knorr-Bremse AG is to collaborate with a major, as yet un-named, Chinese electric bus builder to supply customised EBS systems.

Knorr-Bremse AG is expanding its product portfolio for the aftermarket.
