The company announced record full-year sales of USD 3,035 million, which increased the Earnings Per Share (EPS) to a record USD 7.04, up 34 per cent from 2022. 2023 net income was USD 673 million, compared with 2022 figures of USD 531 million.

Allison has invested in Niron Magnetics, a company specialising in the development of sustainable non-rare earth permanent magnets. Allison is hoping that this investment helps develop sustainable permanent magnets to be used in its e-axles, thereby using less critical rare earth materials, adding to the long-term sustainability of its business.

DAF Trucks Vlaanderen (a subsidiary of Dutch truck manufacturer, DAF Trucks NV) has been named “Factory of the Future” by the Belgian technology federation Agoria. The criteria are based on sustainability and the use of pioneering technology and manufacturing practices.

The new headquarters and production facility represent an investment of more than USD37m.
