The company has raised USD 483 million by creating an additional 134,166,667 shares of its Class A common stock at USD 3.60 per share. These funds will help the company continually develop and bring to market its level 4 autonomous truck driving software (Aurora Driver).

Air Products will produce and supply the hydrogen to the various stations which will be aided by the new hydrogen liquefaction plant currently being built in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Once operational, this will double Europe’s total liquid hydrogen supply.

While much of our conversation revolved naturally around the bus and coach industry, I learned a lot about wheel production for all segments, including light vehicles and trucks. Moreover, we talked in depth about what has made Turkey such an attractive location for industry, and why it will continue to be a good place to do business despite the ongoing currency crisis.

The workshop caters for both ICE and e-vans of all brands, including the repair of batteries. Thirty new jobs have been created along with the installation of eight EV chargers for customers.
