Moreover, we talked in depth about what has made Turkey such an attractive location for industry, and why it will continue to be a good place to do business despite the ongoing currency crisis.

The workshop caters for both ICE and e-vans of all brands, including the repair of batteries. Thirty new jobs have been created along with the installation of eight EV chargers for customers.

June saw Knorr-Bremse open a new manufacturing plant in Dalian in China’s Liaoning province, as it looks to increase its share of the local market for commercial vehicle braking systems.

The company was previously occupying a shared facility with Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars. The new premises was already home to Daimler Truck UK’s parts logistics centre with a 140,000-square-foot warehouse.
