The ‘eTGX’ truck was handed over to logistics group Jacky Perrenot of Saint-Donat-sur-l’Herbasse earlier in April at MAN’s service centre in Lyon.

The truck in question was a Volvo ‘FM Electric’ 8x4 rigid with a tag tridem configuration, mounted with an ‘eBSF’ concrete pump, with a reach of 42 metres, installed by Putzmeister.

At the event, the company announced that it plans to commence commercial availability of the propane-powered stripped chassis in the second quarter of 2026.

An ‘eTGX’ tractor unit will be put on the road, pulling DPD semi-trailers on a route from the firm’s delivery hub in Hinckley in central England.
