Electric CV manufacturer Lightning eMotors, based in Loveland, Colorado, has completed its first order for the Canadian commercial vehicle market. Lightning delivered ten electric cargo vans to the Goodfood Market Corp. in Montreal, Canada.

Canadian bus manufacturer Letenda Inc., based in Longueuil, Quebec, has announced that Cummins Inc. of Columbus, Indiana, will provide the electric powertrain for its new Electrip transit bus for North American markets.

Concentric purchased EMP in cash for approximately USD147 million.

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company of Akron, Ohio, has announced a partnership with the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) of Stark County, Ohio to collaborate on intelligent tyre sensors and prototype tyres for SARTA’s mixed fleet of diesel and hydrogen fuel cell buses.

The hydrogen and synthetic fuels production company expects to produce 2,000 metric-tons of hydrogen at Californian hub; through partnership with Hyzon Motors, Raven SR plans to expand its waste-to-hydrogen process as far as Europe, Asia, and Australia.

The order is part of customer Champign-Urbana Mass Transit District's federal-supported project to produce its own hydrogen using energy generated by solar power.
