As the TRAKr launches in more and more markets, SAF-Holland is ramping up its production: “We see great opportunities for electrified trailer axles,” said Olaf Drewes, Director Group Innovation.

The German manufacturer of truck-trailer components acquired the remaining shares of Haldex which it did not already own on 1 March 2023, following an approved cash offer of SEK67.36 per share.

The truck-trailer components manufacturer reported a revenue increase of approximately 25% over the previous year.

Lorenz-Dietz will take over as Chief Financial Officer from Wilfried Trepels from 1 January 2023.

TRAKr, which entered pre-production in June, is already being incorporated into trailer products by Carrier Transicold and Pacton Trailers.
