Using the app (“TreadManager”), the scanner calculates tyre tread depths using 3D colour-coded imagery showing tyre conditions, tread warnings and any safety alerts including under-inflations, wheel alignment issues or damages.

Hankook has contracted web service providers Amazon Web Services and Snowflake to build an integrated AI data platform to make more informed decisions based on more reliable data sets aiding product development and increasing manufacturing efficiency, thus enhancing global competitiveness.

With exterior modifications to the cab in combination with a smart energy management system, Quantron claims the aerodynamic variant can improve the range of the QHM FCEV (700 km or 1,500 km, depending on the fuel storage volume) by up to 10%.
