Every major fleet operating in California will be given one of two options: either, fleets can commit to purchasing only zero-emission vehicles from 2024 onwards; or, they can agree to comply with a series of “ZEV Milestones”, which will require their fleets to be composed of an increasing proportion of zero-emission vehicles over the next two decades.
