Goodyear Europe B.V. (the Amsterdam-based subsidiary of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co, based in Akron, Ohio) and HERE Technologies, based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, have announced a partnership to integrate HERE’s location services into Goodyear’s Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).

Bratislava-based battery manufacturing start-up, InoBat Auto, has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group. The JDA will support InoBat’s plans to build a 290,000ft² battery R&D centre and pilot battery production line in Voderady, Slovakia.
