Kiepe announced that its U.S. engineering team was working with German battery manufacturer, the BMZ Group to customise its MAGNUS+ battery to fit with its own electric systems.  

They will be sold alongside Iveco’s own ‘Daily’ range of large vans, expanding its portfolio in the light commercial vehicle segment.

The two companies will partner to develop a software platform shared across Traton’s brands, including MAN, Scania, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus.
