Allison Ventures is tasked with investing in and partnering with early stage growth companies that drive technology advancement across the CV mobility industry. The company has said that it will specifically focus on technologies relating to connectivity, digitalisation, sustainability, automation and electrification.

The company announced plans to electrify the HTM bus depot in the Hague, Netherlands. Construction has begun, with the depot expected to be up and running by Q3 2024. The supply agreement includes the chargers, installation, maintenance,  charging management software as well as the delivery of 95 Mercedes-Benz eCitaro city buses.

The 12.1 metre (40 foot) Mega Beast boasts an impressive 482 km (300 miles) range thanks to a 387 kWh battery pack, which the company claims is the most powerful battery pack in the U.S. electric school bus market.

Four Type A Nano Beast school buses have been delivered to Cabell County, Clay County, Kanawha County and Monongalia County school districts in West Virginia.

Pinnacle Mobility, which sells vehicles under the brand name, EKA Mobility, is an electric bus as well as a light and medium-duty electric truck builder.

The Board of Directors has approved the decision to repurchase USD 60 million of its common stock over the next 24 months (two years). The transaction will be funded by the company’s cash reserves.

For the first time, the legislation covers cars, vans, and heavy-duty vehicles in one single piece of legislation. Iveco Bus has delivered its first batch of diesel ICE Crossway buses (order of 370) to Dakar, Senegal, with the remaining units to be delivered by the end of Q1 2024, along with a batch of spare parts and tools needed for maintenance and upkeep ensuring optimum efficiency and performance.

The Nova Euro V coach replaces with outgoing Euro IV model, which had been assembled in the Vietnamese city of Da Nang since 2020.

She replaces Ulrich Hörnke in the role.

The plant, which is located in an industrial suburb of Chennai (called Oragadam), will produce various electrical components for CV chassis and, in the near future, air compressors for light- and medium-duty vehicles.
