Vietnam’s market for commercial vehicles over 2 tons gvw continued to recover strongly in the second quarter of 2025, with sales rising by 31% to 20,490 units from a weak 15,606 units a year earlier.

The Indonesian market for commercial vehicles over 2 tons gvw declined by 12% to 27,007 units the second quarter of 2025, following a 10% fall to 30,717 units in the same period of last year.

The market for commercial vehicles over 2 tons gvw continued to decline in the second quarter of 2025, falling by almost 10% year-on-year to 48,217 units following a 13% drop to 53,329 units in the same period last year.

Malaysia’s market for commercial vehicles over 2 tons gvw declined by a further 6% year-on-year to 15,204 units in the second quarter of 2025.

Sales of commercial vehicles over 2 tons gvw in Japan increased by just 1% to 81,895 units in the second quarter of 2025, from weak year-earlier sales of 81,114 units.
