InoBat Auto, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, has announced it plans on building a battery R&D and production facility in Indiana, USA. The plan is supported by one of InoBat’s investors, Ideanomics, as well as the State of Indiana.

The new site, in Wilstead Industrial Park in the new town of Wixams, will become the new home of Volvo Truck and Bus Centre South & East, which is the largest dealer group within the Volvo Group UK & Ireland network.
