Using an “Internet-of-Things” platform called ‘thingsHub’, developed by German company SmartMakers GmbH, Putzmeister can track the location and status of every vehicle in the production facility.

These will provide customers with on-road support, including on-the-spot maintenance, repairs, parts delivery, and retrofitting to complement its on-site workshop services across its European network of 1,400 partners.

The station will serve Rheinbahn’s fleet of approximately twenty hydrogen buses, municipal waste‑collection vehicles and future commercial trucks.
