The Defence Business (i.e. the IDV and ASTRA brands) has an enterprise value of EUR1.7 billion.

This collaboration provides fleet operators with comprehensive hydrogen mobility packages, combining Keyou’s hydrogen combustion trucks with GP Joule’s green hydrogen production and refuelling network.

Unconfirmed reports suggest a separate distribution partnership could be established.
