Allison’s eGen Power 100S electric axles will be integrated into Anadolu Isuzu's light-duty truck and midi-bus platforms for refuse, distribution and public transportation applications.

The company has launched a new eGen Power 130S, expanding the company’s eGen Power range of fully electric axles.

The ‘International S13 Integrated Powertrain’, comprising engine, transmission and aftertreatment system, will provide “superior operating economy, stellar performance, and simplicity and serviceability” to the North American market, according to Navistar.

The ‘57X’ is the successor to the ‘5700XE’, providing fuel savings of 5.8% compared to its predecessor, thanks to alterations to the powertrain and the cab design.

The automatic transmission system for heavy-duty vehicles, which boasts 99.7% efficiency in direct drive and a 12.83 Nm per kg ratio with either 12 or 16 forward gears, is billed as a lighter, more efficient, and less expensive option.
