As part of the City’s climate pledge to fully electrify its municipal transportation operations by 2040, Ford has signed a ten-year contract with the City to install and manage its Ford Pro EV chargers to power the Dallas light-duty municipal fleet.

The partnership was announced at the Electric Vehicle Innovation Summit, which was held at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi between 20 and 22 May.

The JSW Group of Mumbai has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of Odisha, to building an integrated Electric Vehicle (EV) and EV battery manufacturing facility in Cuttack, Odisha State.

Geotab will integrate Rivian’s fleet telematics data into the MyGeotab platform, enabling fleet managers to more accurately optimise fleet performance and plan routes.

REE said it has already begun deliveries of vehicles based on its P7 platform to dealerships in the U.S. and Canada; its order book is currently worth USD50m.

The partners announced that they are already testing the truck in the U.S., being the first Level 4 self-driving test on a Class 8 fuel cell electric truck to take place in the country.

Phillips products which Inland Trailer will install in its new build trailers include camera systems, ‘Permalite’ interior lighting, and the ‘Smart7’ telematics hardware.

The prototype step van is the first vehicle of its kind to be built by the school bus manufacturer, with powertrain components supplied by Xos.
