Siemens has agreed to install 73 charging points in Tuscany and equip over 120 logistics sites with charging infrastructure across Italy, following two deals announced earlier this month.

While the specific percentage of shares repurchased was not disclosed, ABB E-mobility continues to hold a significant stake in InCharge Energy. This deal gives InCharge more decision-making power over its future business operations.

These funding packages are aimed at creating an e-charging infrastructure to encourage the uptake of electric trucks in the Netherlands.
