The 1,500 ‘FH Aero’ diesel trucks have been ordered as part of a wholesale fleet renewal by Lanutti Group.

Located at Vrachtwagenparking Ketenis, the hub has ten combined charging system (CCS) chargers which can be plugged into twenty trucks at once, delivering 400 kW of power to each vehicle.

The order came from Legend Transportation, which provides freight transportation services to clients on routes between the West Coast and the Mid West of the United States.

In June, Peterbilt celebrated the delivery of the 1,000th Model 589 to a customer based in Dixon, California.

Tractor sales in FY 2023 (financial year ending March 31, 2024) increased by 19.0% to 69,089 units.

With these vehicles from Peterbilt, Einride will begin offering electric freight transportation, including infrastructure and telematics, to customers in North America.

The truck displayed at the show was a ‘Freightliner Cascadia’ 6x2 tractor unit powered by Symbio’s 400-kW ‘StackPack’ fuel cell system - developed for the “H2 Central Valley Express” project.

The Nikola ‘Tre FCEV’ trucks will serve AiLO in drayage operations in the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
